1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Taiwan Okin Huasu Group Limited ("OKIN", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Technical selection, structural design, installation guidance, and project consultation

After-Sales Support

Maintenance guidance, spare parts supply, and technical assistance

Tailored designs for specific port requirements and marine applications

All products are manufactured in accordance with international standards including PIANC, ISO, and OCIMF guidelines where applicable.

3 User Responsibilities

When engaging with OKIN services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information regarding your project requirements and specifications
Use our products and services in accordance with provided technical documentation and safety guidelines
Comply with all applicable local, national, and international regulations in your jurisdiction
Not reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce our proprietary designs and technical specifications
Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during project collaboration

4 Product Specifications & Warranties

Quality Assurance

All OKIN products undergo rigorous quality control including incoming material inspection, formulation monitoring, mechanical testing, and dimensional verification.

We warrant our products against manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions for the period specified in individual product documentation.

Technical Specifications

Product specifications are provided based on standard testing conditions and may vary depending on actual operating environment, installation quality, and maintenance practices.

Custom specifications are subject to separate technical agreements and project-specific documentation.

Warranty Limitations

Warranties do not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, normal wear and tear, extreme environmental conditions beyond specified parameters, or modifications made without our written approval. Warranty claims must be submitted with proper documentation within the specified warranty period.

All prices are subject to change based on material costs, exchange rates, and project specifications. Final pricing and payment terms are confirmed in individual purchase agreements or contracts.

6 Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in OKIN products, designs, technical documentation, software, trademarks, and proprietary information remain the exclusive property of Taiwan Okin Huasu Group Limited.

Protected Materials Include:

Product designs, molds, and manufacturing processes
Technical specifications, engineering drawings, and calculations
OKIN brand name, logos, and marketing materials
Proprietary rubber formulations and compound specifications

Customers receive limited usage rights for purchased products and associated documentation solely for their intended marine application. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our intellectual property requires explicit written authorization.

7 Limitation of Liability

Important Legal Notice

Please read this section carefully as it limits OKIN's liability to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OKIN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our products or services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to OKIN for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Exclusions

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This limitation of liability section applies to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction.

8 International Trade & Compliance

As an international supplier serving global markets including Southeast Asia, Europe, North America, and other regions, OKIN operates in compliance with applicable international trade regulations.

Export Compliance

All exports comply with Chinese export regulations and destination country import requirements. Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary import permits and meeting local regulatory standards.

Documentation

We provide necessary export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and technical specifications as required for international shipments.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

OKIN respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal and business information. We collect and process data necessary for providing our services, including:

Dispute Resolution Process

1 Initial resolution through direct negotiation and good faith communication
2 Mediation through mutually agreed third-party mediation services
3 Binding arbitration under the rules of recognized international arbitration institutions

For international contracts, parties may agree to alternative governing law and dispute resolution mechanisms as specified in individual agreements.
